SHIPPING AND RETURNS
When you place an order on HØTH EXHIBITIØN, the delivery will be made using the following method.
Courier Delivery
Products are delivered free of charge by fast courier within Romania and selected European countriesfor orders exceeding 40 Euros or the equivalent of the country from which you make the purchase to the address of your choice, in 1-5 working days for available products. For orders less than 40 Euros, the delivery fee is 4 Euros for Romania, 20 Euros for orders within Europe.
HØTH EXHIBITIØN cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier companies it collaborates with.
Order Cancellation

Product Returns
Any product can be returned within 30 days of receiving it. In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Violation of one or more of these conditions will result in the refusal of the right to return, and the package will be sent back.
In case the product has defects, it will be replaced free of charge.
Please contact us via email or phone in case a return is necessary. However, product returns are exclusively made via courie to the address mentioned on the package you have received.
Refund of Product Value
In case the return is accepted, HØTH EXHIBITIØN will refund the value of the products within a maximum of 30 days via bank transfer to the account provided by you, in which case the shipping fee for the package will be deducted from the total amount.
The shipping fee for returns is 4 Euros (20 RON) within Romania and 20 Euros within Europe.
